The following terms and conditions apply when buying magazines or other products from the Are We Europe store.

Buying from Are We Europe

All payments made via Are We Europe are managed securely by one of our payment providers:

  • Card payments are processed by Mollie.

  • Direct Debit and bank payments are processed by Mollie.

  • PayPal payments are processed by Mollie and PayPal.

When you give Are We Europe your payment details you are confirming that you are either the card or account holder, or that you have permission from the card or account holder to order from us.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. If this happens we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.

Delivery and Refunds

Our magazines are dispatched by Heftwerk and Deutsche Post, packages by DHL or FedEx. Magazines are shipped once a week on Wednesday morning from Berlin, Germany. Therefore, it may take up to a couple of weeks until your magazine arrives depending on where you live.

In the unlikely event that a magazine is lost on its way to you, please contact us at sales@areweeurope.eu and we will arrange for either a refund or a replacement as long as we still have the magazine in stock and you have opted for the “tracked” option (see Shipment options & costs)

Subscribers, please note it’s your responsibility to keep your address details up to date. If you move house or your details change in any other way please send us an email to sales@areweeurope.eu.

Shipment options and costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight the parcel being delivered. Prices furthermore depend on the shipment’s destination. There are three categories – “Germany”, “Europe (excluding Germany)” and “Rest of the world”. Orders to Germany make up the first category because our distributor is located there, followed by shipments to “Europe (excluding Germany)” and “Rest of the World”.

As a customer you also have the option to pay for your shipment to be equipped with a unique tracking number, which will be sent to you as soon as the order has been processed. This is the only way to have your delivery tracked and insured. Again, the tracked shipments are divided into the same three categories mentioned above.

Are We Europe does not carry any responsibility for parcels not being delivered if the name and address was correct (according to the information provided by the customer), but the order failed to find its way to the customer. In the unfortunate case of shipments not arriving at the customer, we will be forced to ask you to pay for shipping one more time.

Products and promotions

All our discount codes are intended for single use only, and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

We reserve the right to change or withdraw products displayed on our website without notice.

We are continually working to update and improve Are We Europe. As a result, we may make changes to Are We Europe, including these terms, at any time.
